October 2026 Prayer Requests
As fall settles in, we are grateful for the ways God is working in the hearts of our students and through the faithful presence of our staff and interns. Across our programs, students are building friendships, learning about the gospel, and finding encouragement from adults who care deeply about them.
This month, we are praying for healing, protection, connection, and wisdom. Some students and families are navigating difficult circumstances, and several teams are helping new students and interns settle into Thrive. Thank you for faithfully bringing these needs before the Lord.
Praises
We are thankful for interns who are excited to serve and are inviting friends to visit and volunteer. We also praise God for more high school interns than we have had in a long time!
Our teams are seeing students grow in their understanding of the gospel. We are grateful for opportunities to share Christ’s love and walk alongside them.
We praise God for recently hired interns and the gifts, energy, and care they bring to Thrive.
Prayer Requests
Pray for a staff member recovering from a concussion, that God would bring healing, rest, and patience throughout her recovery. Pray also for the staffing support needed while she is away.
Pray for new students as they adjust to the program that they would feel welcomed, build friendships, and develop trusting relationships with staff and interns.
Pray for protection, stability, and restoration for families navigating hard situations, especially those whose children are no longer able to attend Thrive.
Pray for students who have left the program, that the truth and love shared with them would continue to take root. For those attending, pray that they would understand and believe the gospel.
Pray for new interns as they learn their roles and build relationships with students. Ask God to provide additional interns where support is still needed.
Pray for wisdom as our teams support students academically. Please especially pray for seniors who have become less connected to Thrive that they would return, participate, and know they are loved and missed.
Above all, please pray that every student who walks through the doors of Thrive would know that they are seen, known, loved, and created with purpose by God. May this semester be filled with opportunities to point students toward Jesus and remind them of the hope they have in Him.
